Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-24
1. General
These Terms govern the use of the Kyvo TV app and the kyvotv.com website. The service is operated by [Operator serwisu Kyvo TV — do uzupełnienia], [adres — do uzupełnienia] (“we”).
Contact: support@kyvotv.com.
2. What Kyvo TV is
Kyvo TV is media player software. We do not provide any content — see the “Disclaimer”, which forms part of these Terms.
The website lets you manage your device's playlists (sign-in with device code and PIN) and activate a subscription with a code.
3. Trial and subscription
Each new device receives a one-time free trial of 7 days from the first launch of the app. Reinstalling does not renew the trial on the same device.
After the trial, using the player requires a paid plan: a yearly subscription, a one-time payment for one year, or the one-time “Forever” plan. Each plan is bound to one device and cannot be transferred to other devices.
You can subscribe in the app via Google Play (billing, renewal and cancellation follow Google Play rules) or activate a one-time activation code. A code adds validity counted from the activation date or from the end of the current subscription, if still active.
4. Plans and online payments
“1 year” plan: a subscription for one device at €2.50 per year. It renews automatically for further years and is charged to the payment method used, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time via “Manage subscription” on the “Activate” page (sign-in with device code and PIN); after cancellation access remains until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken.
“1 year — one-time” plan: a one-time payment of €2.50 for 365 days of access on one device, added to the current validity period. It does not renew automatically and requires no cancellation.
“Forever” plan: a one-time payment of €14.99. It gives access with no time limit for the given device, for as long as the service is provided. It does not renew and cannot be transferred to another device.
Payments on the website are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The available payment methods (e.g. card, BLIK, Przelewy24) depend on the currency and the plan and are shown on the payment page; the subscription is paid by card. The payment page may show the amount converted into your local currency. Subscriptions bought in the app via Google Play are governed by Google Play rules.
Right of withdrawal: a consumer may normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the plan is activated immediately after payment, before paying you expressly request that the service start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. A payment cannot be made without this consent. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Kyvo TV to play content you have no rights to, or attempt to circumvent the security of the app or website.
We may block a device that violates these Terms.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for content played by users or for the services of playlist providers. The app is provided as is; we make reasonable efforts to keep it working correctly.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Complaints and withdrawal
Please send complaints to support@kyvotv.com; we reply within 14 days.
Withdrawal and refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
8. Final provisions
We announce changes to these Terms on this page in advance. Polish law applies, without prejudice to consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
